About headstands

Only advanced people should do this on bare hard floors. And it's better to have a wall behind you so you can focus on the vibrations. And, if you have xian or kike neighbors below you, be warned that any vibration you make while your head is directly on the floor will carry through and be heard by whoever is living below you.
