End The Wars In Our Lives

While we know most of you cannot do much to solve the wars between nations, you can easily affect the vibration of war by ceasing the wars within your own lives. "Wars?" you ask. "What wars are there in my own life?" Dear ones, we would never judge you but we see so many wars within your lives.
There are wars between your head and your heart. You feel one way and you try to tell yourself you shouldn't. You wage war on a feeling, a belief, a perception instead of simply saying to yourself, "Well that is an interesting feeling. That is an interesting thought." You do not have to like your feelings. You do not have to like your thoughts. But can you allow them their expression, often in private, and simply acknowledge their right to be. Even when you are frustrated, sad, angry, jealous, or a million other states of being that you have been taught to judge, can you simply sit with the feeling and allow it to be? For it is only in loving something that you can transform it. Say for example, you are angry. Instead of trying to push it away and pretend you are not, say to yourself, "I am angry. What is this anger trying to tell me to do? How is it trying to tell me to adjust my life? Is it asking me to be more kindly honest with someone about my own needs? Is is telling me to leaven an unhealthy situation? It is telling me I am wanting to manifest kinder treatment?" By embracing your feelings in such a fashion, rather than "Waging War" upon them and telling yourself they have no right to be, you embrace them, take them into your light, and find the love beneath them.
Likewise, you do not have to wage war upon others with whom you do not agree. When someone rubs you the wrong way, say to yourself. "I do not like that person." or "I do not like their behavior." They have a right to be and I have a right to be... what now? Do you move away from them? Do you speak up kindly and just share your perspective without any attachment as to whether or not they agree? Do you simply live and let live? Only you can choose the course of action that feels best, but all of these actions are kinder than what usually transpires between two human beings when they either try to bend their own point of view or personality to fit another, or bend another's to fit their own. Can you meet in the middle? Yes, by all means if you can, we encourage it. But we simply ask you not to "wage war" trying to force another to believe as you do, or trying to force yourself to feel other than you truly do.
Dear ones, all perspectives on this earth have a right to be. The trick to being human is to figure out the most loving way to allow you to be yourself while allowing others to be themselves as well. If you all could truly do this your entire world would sort itself out and there would be no wars. Humanity is far from this reality and yet you can choose peace in your own mind, heart, and life... no matter what anyone else is choosing to embrace.
