Q#2:(GAXGX100Q00205320RG)

Can you define levels or states of energy? Please start out in very basic terms. I assume that matter is viewed as a special state of potential energy. Is the atomic decay of matter to a VZPEL state the driving force for entropy?

Is the very existence of matter only a state of energy metastability over a significant period of time? Please define potential and kinetic energy as applied to your theory.

A#2:

Yes, the first primal level or stage is change or "Delta". As long as there is not an imbalance in reference to that change the motion "Delta" is considered both kinetic and potential energy on the quantum and sub quantum levels.

This is due to the state of TIME. Remember it is not as we know it here on the physical level.  On the quantum level potential may be defined as the ability to do work once an imbalance condition is created and kineticas the force or photonic field that is produced by the separations elasticity to return to the VZPEL. This basic motion is none other than "Primal TIME" itself. At the primal level this "Energy motion or field" is photonic in nature but sub quantum level where TIME has not yet separated out of Space (The Continuum). Since this level is basic (primal) and sub quantum level, it can only be considered a field flow process. This is still way below any matter state of existence. The next level of "Energy" is where nature forms this motion or field process by oscillatory action (motion) into wave packets and then finally into a full blown photon. The separation of TIME from Space starts with the wave packets. It is completed when the photon has stabilized into its quanta state. This is determined by Planks constant (Space/TIME resistance).  See the stages of development below from motion (quantum TIME) of the Continuum (Space/TIME - flow of TIME - Energy) into the completed particle, the Photon below.

You could look at the driving force behind entropy as being the VZPEL (Virtual Zero Point Energy Level) however it is not

a atomic decay process. Quantum decay would be a better term. Where you asked "Is the very existence of matter only a state

of energy metastability over a significant period of time?", my answer would be NO. The existence of matter is due to the

"FORCE" (imbalance) created by the motion of the paired photons once in our YGEM configuration. This is the actual

transformation of ENERGY into MATTER. Energy being the paired photons and matter now becoming an electron
