The Tertiary Service Industry is NON productive and its growing out of hand !
by Guy Lakeman
Its killing you !!!!!! and thats not a good investment !!!
The global economists are crawling all over a tertiary sector growth in desperation to support their false growth economies, they have NO concern that it is killing the planet by creating overpopulated non productivity.
The Basic sectors are explained this way :
Agricultural sector (PRIMARY)
Agriculture (a term which encompasses farming) is the process of producing food, feed, fiber and other goods by the systematic raising of plants and animals. Agricultural output is a component of the GDP of a nation. Agriculture feeds the workforce and so is the MOST important priority sector although those who work in this area are treated like muck by the large wastrel right wing governments.
Industrial sector (SECONDARY)
Industry is the segment of economy concerned with production of goods (including fuels and fertilisers). Industrial output is a component of the GDP of a nation. It includes mining and extraction sectors. The secondary sector provides the processing and distribution and materials for this for feeding the whole population.
Service sector (TERTIARY)
The service sector does not produce goods.
A service is the non-material equivalent of a good or goods. Service provision is defined as an economic activity that does not result in ownership, and this is what differentiates it from providing physical goods. It is claimed to be a process that creates benefits by facilitating either a change in customers, a change in their physical possessions, or a change in their intangible assets. Service output is a component of the GDP of a nation. The service sector includes (but is not limited to) farm and factory related activities as it is part of the distribution process.
Economies tend to follow a developmental progression that takes them from
- a heavy reliance on agriculture and mining,
- toward the development of manufacturing (e.g. automobiles, textiles, shipbuilding, steel) and
- finally toward a more service-based structure.
The first economy to follow this path in the modern world was the United Kingdom which set the path for the current global decay along with its history of outrageous global colonial predation (and brutal domination in China) with the other group of EU predators, and now picked up by its offspring the USA as it has lost its ‘for the people’ and reverted to the dominant empire/religious demagogical colonial european behaviour now highly apparent in its goverment control Wall Street tactics. The speed at which other economies have made the transition to service-based (or "post-industrial") economies has increased over time.
Historically, manufacturing tended to be more open to international trade and competition than services. However, with dramatic cost reduction and speed and reliability improvements in the transportation of people and the communication of information, the service sector now includes some of the most intensive international competition, despite residual protectionism.
The mistake made by governments has led to the proven examples that it:
- SHOULD NOT Destroy the Planet (empirically proven, 2013)
- SHOULD NOT Create Massive Economic Disparity (empirically proven and increasing)
- SHOULD NOT Ignore the needs of the people (empirically proven by continued increase in poverty and starvation)
- SHOULD NOT expand the exploitation of the general community and support an elite like bankers bonuses ... as we know bankers are non productive! (empirically proven and supported by corrupted government members supporting this behaviour in an international law court)
The examples of tertiary industries may include, but are not limited to, the following:
| SECTOR AREA | PRODUCE | REQUIREMENT | NOTE |
| | | | |
1 | Government | Seriously NON Productive and in most cases counter productive by destroying social infrastructure | Required for social administration only BUT as far as policy they are bias corrupt
2 | NGO | NON Productive | Required for failure of Government
3 | Charity | NON Productive | Required for failure of Government
4 | Security | NON Productive | Required for failure of Government
5 | Telecommunication | Assists Production | Weather and other requirements | GOOD |
6 | Transportation services and associated infrastructure | Assists Production | Distributes FOOD and other primary needs | GOOD |
7 | Hospitality industry | Distribution of primary need …. FOOD !!! | | GOOD |
8 | Tourism | NON Productive | Part of required entertainment | LIMITED GOOD |
9 | Mass media | Assists Production | Entertainment IS required as a primary need for a happy workforce | GOOD |
10 | Healthcare/hospitals | Assists Production | | GOOD |
11 | Public health | Assists Production | | GOOD |
12 | Information technology | Assists Education and decision making | | GOOD |
13 | Waste disposal | Assists Production by reducing health services and social pain | REQUIRED FOR RECYCLING | GOOD |
14 | Financial services | | | |
a | Banking | Security aspect only required
b | Insurance | CORRUPT SOCIAL DISEASE !!! | Required for failure of Government | BAD |
c | Investment management | | This should be on top of directing primary and secondary sectors BUT is fouled by current economic insanity
15 | FMCG | Fast-moving consumer goods Repackaging of same product in different colour packs is TOTALLY NON Productive | CONSUMERIST INSANITY | BAD |
16 | Professional services
a | Accountancy | | | |
b | Legal services | Failure of government | | BAD |
c | Management consulting
17 | Consulting | Part of education | | GOOD |
18 | Gambling | TOTALLY NON Productive! | | BAD |
19 | Retail sales | ASSISTS PRODUCTION | Distribution of primary needs | GOOD |
20 | Franchising | Same as retail sales | | GOOD |
21 | Real estate | | | |
a | Housing Construction | Provides a primary need | | GOOD |
b | Rental | TOTALLY NON Productive | | BAD |
22 | Education | PRODUCTIVITY TRAINING | | GOOD |
23 | Religion | TOTALLY NON Productive | Based on hope and no action | BAD |
25 | Recruitment | NON Productive | slave trading | BAD |
As can be seen here some services are necessary in order to provide the community with its basic needs as assembled with the priority here at the top unlike the Maslow diagram which upends the priorities and is rearranged here with the priorities at the top
PRIORITY OF NEEDS
However in the table above we can see MANY services are in place to compensate for the failure of governments not adhering to the mandate of their main job which is to serve the community and provide it with basic needs, security, charities, etc. etc.
The large government failures are becoming more and more apparent as they focus on trying to bolster failing numbers, growth etc., due to the plateau of resource availability and what the market population can utilise and afford. The government excuse to retain their position is to support the manipulation of numbers to propagandize a total social fantasy to try and allay public decent, unfortunately this will not last when food and energy prices rise above a certain level and plunge the community into a lifestyle of desperate struggle, especially when they compare to the state of living in a dream and return to consciousness with a bump. A very LARGE bump ! This will create a very unsettled dangerous social change especially in overpopulated urban and suburban areas who have been cajoled, by corporate governments, into being weak dependants.
We can see the potential global disasters occurring in these areas, marked as high in financial reliance on a false social economy.
THE WORST SERVICE OFFENDERS
The solution to the current world disaster is to demonopolise the current global system which is destroying the planet and go back and concentrate on the primary and secondary sectors and building an energy efficient infrastructure between them and fungible bartering with an equality of labor reward for primary needs as suggested here.
This will restore the inequality balance and of course rid the planet from a corrupt non productive sponging parasitic elite BUT won’t be popular at their self assigned position be it totally destructive to the rest of the planet.
While Greenpeace etc attack the minority areas they will remain in their existing activist position and poke fun at those who expose the reality as happened here to ‘Occupy’ who were swept off the sidewalk and back into the gutter or pulled off the side of a rig as small fry. They spout revolution which is futile without a system to put in place of the existing grossness without allowing it to occur ever again.
AN EXAMPLE OF SERVICE SECTOR IS BEING USED TO FUDGE ECONOMIC FIGURES
The false growth figures spouted by failing countries like USA and the EU zone are based on the financial service sector as a fantasy of financial engineering, with ever obvious false financial instruments on dangerous derivatives of derivative ad infinitum, as the manufacturing sectors plateau at full capacity saturated growth. They have reached capacity by forced automated production vs wages providing enough to cycle purchase of the produced items
THE SOLUTION
The solution won’t assist those who have already stolen enough for too long. What needs to be put in place is that these horrific people NEVER do it again. Philanthropists are open examples of those who feel guilty for what they have done and openly admitting it and they need to be ousted from society along with all the financial sector thieves !
GROWTH SATURATION
As production expands the financial sector can make lazy parasitic non productive money out of any investment. It is they who suffer when production sustainability is achieved or when wage balance declines to slow and eventually the stop of product to purchase growth and they can no longer play divisive and socially crippling numbers games.
