UFO hoaxes and flaps

 

Bill English, Bill Cooper, John Lear, Robert Lazar, Bill Moore, Falcon, Agent Doty, Information Doty, Bob Lazar, are known names of the perpetrators and proliferators of the hoaxed documents: MJ-12, grudge reports, report 13.  and various petitions, Zeta Recticuli information.  These hoaxed documents and hoaxes in general must have the following attributes:

1. Plausibility

2. Factual content enough to give plausibility basis

3. Fictional content based on plausibility of facts

4. Enough balance and mixing of number 1 & 3 to achieve 1 while allowing 3 when

    verified to create plausible deniability due to the fictional content outweighing the

    facts, therefore obscuring them

 

These individuals and groups supported by them used hoaxed documents to further the groups manifestos, and aid in compartmentalizing, destabilizing, dividing,   dispersing any group that legitimately researches/studies UFOs and Extraterrestrial biological entities or their interactions with Humans.  The main drive is to flood theses groups with so much disinformation to make them ineffective and playing psychological games with people is a joke to them.

 

The Air Force Office of Special Investigation or AOFSI has been a major driving point behind this operation up until the end of Reagan’s term of office the last month of being in office he repealed the 1960 disinformation act and the EBE contact law was thrown out as well.   All of the persons I have named have been used by AFOSI in some form of way whether unwittingly or by their own willful cooperation.

 

All of the persons I have named are involved at different levels of involvement the psychological operations of the same groups that operate AFOSI, CIA, COINTELPRO, and have exploited and  damaged the ufo research field by spreading disinformation and outright lies for profit.
