Wisdom is avoiding all thoughts that weaken you or disempowering to you: When theses thoughts come about recognize them as your enemy confront them and then take your energy from them taking your energy back from it. Change your thoughts to positive + positive.

Have a mind open to everything and attached to nothing. Some beliefs are delusional and restrictive to growth and should not be allowed to imprison the soul. You gain strength from letting go of them. Just as a placebo can cause a reaction from a person that is told it will. So is having a mind hobbled by belief or programming that attaches to the soul imprisoning it.

You cannot give away what you do not have. If you do not have an aspect in your soul you cannot give it away. If your soul emanates a specific set of belief, then you will attract manifestations of that belief system. Ask the universe, “How can I help you:.” And the universe will ask the same.

You create problems by carrying your problems and recreating them each day as well. Identify them as a challenge to be overcome and aggressively overcome them.

Problems begin with our mind’s perception of external events that are internalized and personalized If you think it it will become as so. It is the same with relationships and all things in life.
