Falcon and Condor Exposed
The TV special called "UFO Coverup Live" broadcast in the fall of 1988
was part of the contingency plan called "MAJESTIC". The purpose of the
plan is to leak the truth mixed with lies so that it can always be
proven false and researchers will be led down a dead end street. This
will insure that there will be no panic when the truth about the aliens
finally becomes known. "MAJESTIC" is also designed to test the public
reaction to a supposed alien presence. The numbers people were to call
enabled the CIA to update their lists of abductees and contactees.
The expense checks came from Gray Advertising, a well known CIA front
organization. Most of the quests on the show were agents of the secret
government.
During the show two intelligence agents were shown in dark shadow and
their voices were scrambled to hide their identity. The man called
"Falcon" was in reality an agent of the Counter Intelligence Division
of the Air Force Office of Special Investigation named Richard Doty.
The man in dark shadow called "Condor" was in reality an agent and
pilot who has been working for the CIA for most of his life named John
O. Lear. Yes, the same John Lear who you thought was your friend.
The man who introduced the two as agents he had been working with to
discover the truth for several years, William Moore, confessed on
July 1, 1989 that he was a government agent.
It is my opinion that they are all traitors to the Constitution and to
the Citizens of the United States of America.

ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT COOPER FALLS FLAT

I have just received a copy of the excerpts from Bill Cooper's
newsletter and I must say I am not surprised in the least by the
content. It is filled with the distortions, exaggerations, and half
truths for which Cooper has become so famous. Cooper claims that Bob
Lazar was arrested in connection with a large prostitution ring and
that he is also accused of running a drug lab. Bob Lazar has not been
arrested for anything. On April 12, Lazar appeared on our news program
and admitted that he had been involved in a small prostitution
operation because he needed the money. His participation included the
setting up of computerized accounting systems and certain security
equipment. Following the televised and open admission, the
prostitution setup was shut down by Las Vegas police. Whether or not
Lazar will face any charges because of his admission remains up to the
police, but as of today, no charges have been filed and Lazar has not
been arrested. And there is absolutely no indication from the police
or anyone else that Lazar has ever been involved with drugs. Cooper
also states that Lazar is part of a secret ring of government agents,
including Bill Moore, Stan Friedman, John Lear and others who are out
to discredit the people who tell the "truth."
Bill Cooper wouldn't know the truth if it bit him on the ass. Anyone
who knows any of the people mentioned above knows that such a secret
organization is highly unlikely. Moore and Lear can't stand each
other. Moore and Friedman have tried to contact Lazar thru me on
several occasions but Lazar has been reluctant to meet them or to
provide them with information on his background. What these people
have in common is that they all know that Bill Cooper is a liar and a
fraud. Some of the individuals have provided me with proof of Cooper's
dishonesty, proof that will be made public in the near future. Thus
it behooves Cooper to go ahead and try to discredit them before the
information is released. In fact, anyone who disagrees with hsi
ridiculous claims is automatically labeled a government agent. It is a
strategy worthy of Joe McCarthy. But soon enough, Cooper's tactics and
falsehoods will become very obvious, even to his most ardent
supporters. The same newsletter that distorted the Lazar story also
befouls the reputation of a kind woman, the late Stacey Borland.
According to Cooper, Borland and her Las Vegas contactee group arranged
for Budd Hopkins to lecture at a local library. Borland was supposedly
given some documents at that lecture and the next day was found
murdered. Stacey Borland was murdered, that much is true, but the
crime occured three weeks before Budd Hopkins came to town. The
lecture wasn't arranged by a contactee group, it was set up by the
Library District. The disinformation from Cooper seems designed to
discredit John Grace, who was appointed to take over the contactee
group following the murder. Grace is an odd character, but it seems
very unlikely that his is a murderer in the employ of the government.
The reason Cooper wants Grace discredited is that Grace is a close
associate of John Lear's and thus knows much about Cooper's lies and
distortions. In fact, Cooper got his start in the UFO field with the
help of Lear and Grace and has spent a great deal of time with both
men. I have been at Lear's house and have heard the threats from
Cooper regarding the possible publication of Cooper's fiction. Bill
Cooper does not want Lear, Grace, Lazar, Moore, or Friedman to be
believed by anyone, because they all know that he is a phony. Soon,
others will know as well. The Lazar matter is painful and perhaps
embarrassing, but it is not over. Perhaps he will eventually face
charges, it hasn't happened yet. His full and public admission about
his activities prior to the police involvement should be considered by
those who would judge him.

As I mentioned earlier, Knapp has begun his sequel to "UFOs: The
Best Evidence" airing on KLAS-TV Channel 8. In our conversation
yesterday, George told me that something would be coming out on
Lazar. I will keep the network posted on this information as it
becomes available.
As Knapp mentions in his letter, the Lazar matter has embarrassed
him. Perhaps the tide is about to turn.

OPEN LETTER TO MIKE CORBIN, GEORGE KNAPP, BILL MOORE, AND JOHN LEAR
I have been expecting the government to launch an attack designed to
discredit me for 2 years and I have publicly stated that I expected
this to happen. It has finally happened and what a relief. The
governments cannon only went ....POOF.... It seems that all the
buzzards except Moore and Friedman have gathered in Las Vegas. How
convenient can it be? Mike Corbin, the all mighty high dictator of
Paranet, has just this week posted a crippled and weak attack leveled
against me by himself and George Knapp, Lear's man in television and
the only journalist alive who would go out on a limb to support the
phony story of Bob Lazar.
As usual Mike Corbin and George Knapp did not bother to do any checking
whatsoever to see if their ranting and raving could hold any water. Of
course that is the usual policy of paranet and it is expected. It is
not the policy of journalists, however, and George Knapp should have
checked with me. If he was afraid to call me he could have just called
my board and checked the facts for himself. It is George Knapp who
wouldn't know the truth if it bit him on the ass and it is Lazar and
Lear who are liars and frauds.
The Lazar story was reported to CAJI by a source in Las Vegas who
stated that "Lazar had been arrested". The source was a man named
Cory, a close friend of John Lear. Did he do it to set me up? I
posted it in the newsletter. I then asked a member of CAJI to check
the story for me and report the "facts". This was done and the story
in the newsletter was changed to read that "Lazar was accused" only a
few hours later and that is the way the story has been posted ever
since as you can see since it is still posted. The members of
this board can attest to that. Another source verified the story and
all 3 mentioned that Bob Lazar has been accused of running a drug lab.
Since these 3 people stated that Lazar was accused of running a drug
lab I included it in the story. Since they stand by their statement I
stand by the story. I wish to make it known at this point that John
Lear told me that Lazar had a speed lab somewhere. Since I knew he had
a jet car I thought he mean't something to do with the car. I did not
make the REAL connection with that statement until Cory and others
phoned the story to me. Two other people have stated to me that Lear
told them that Lazar had a drug lab.
I knew about the prostitution involvement a long time ago when at
Lear's home I witnessed Lear, drunk as a skunk, call Lazar and ask him
to send a hooker over. Lear asked us if we wanted a hooker. I told
him not no, but hell no. The others present also declined. About an
hour later a hooker showed up and lear and the girl disappeared for a
while and then they came back. I did not see what transpired between
them. There were 4 other people present besides me. She bummed
cigarettes off of everone and chain smoked them until there were no
more left among us and then she pulled out her own pack. John Lear
paid her a wad of money and she left. All of us present were angry and
embarrassed by Lear's behavior. Lazar sent her over and we all heard
Lear make the call. Lazar and Lear are the end of George Knapp's
career unless Knapp gets wise real fast and I mean real fast. I'm not
the only one ready to spill the beans on Lazar and Lear.
You had better believe that I would never post this story if there had
not been 4 other witnesses. Lear and Knapp have left me no choice. I
have many more tales to tell and will not hesitate if I am forced to do
it. I told Lear a long time ago (June 1989 to be exact) that he was
safe as long as he didn't try to get any wilder with his story or try
to mess with me. At that time I believed that he was doing more good
than harm even though I knew he was Condor and was CIA all the way.
That same weekend I was forced to remove a loaded, cocked, 45 cal.
automatic pistol from Lear's possession after he placed it against
his temple and threatened suicide. I did it once in the morning when
we were alone and again the same evening in front of 5 others who
witnessed the event. John pretended to be despondent because he was
to much of a coward to sign his name to the "INDICTMENT" that I sent
to Congress. I was not afraid John would kill himself. I was
afraid he would kill me or someone else during the course of his ACT
and it was an act. A stupid act and nothing else. I was not fooled
but I kept the pistol for several days and still have the round that I
removed from the chamber. I will name the witnesses if it becomes
necessary.
In case you have not learned anything yet let me assure you that you
had better not screw around with me unless you are willing to go all
the way to the wall and beyond because I'm ready to die to get to the
bottom of this and force the truth out of the government. The
preponderance of government agents involved in this and the fact that
everything that I saw, and only what I saw, leaked, makes me believe
that the technology is real (saw a craft with my own eyes) but aliens
may be a complete fantasy. Aliens may be needed to create a new world
order. No more Soviet enemy? Here is a threat from outer space. I
feel used. I am very angry. I saw exactly what I said and more. Not
only that but they have taken great pains to make sure I could see the
same documents again just recently. Either the information I saw is
absolutely correct or the government (with the help of Moore, Lear,
Doty, Lazar, Friedman, Shandera, etc.) has created the greatest hoax in
history in order to bring down national boundarys and ring in a one
world government. I have uncovered the fact that an inventor made a
saucer that flew in the 50's without alien help. I still believe that
the information I saw between 1970 and 1973 is correct but I am now
open to the possibility that I may have been used. I assure you that I
will not be used again. The truth WILL come out.
Lear's involvement with George Green and the Phoenix Journals to try to
discredit me is what his phone recording is all about. I told him in
June 1989 not to try any funny business with me and that is what the
call was all about. He tried to help the great con the Phoenix
Journals discredit me and I told him as a result that "I would crucify
him". I have done that by finally releasing the information that he is
Condor and as Condor has been working very closely with Moore,
Shandera, Friedman, Doty, and others. I will continue to crucify him
at any and every opportunity. I will also crucify anyone else who
stands up against truth on this battle field.
Ask him to play the entire tape and not just part of it out of context
and you will see that this is the truth. He probably won't do it but
you can try anyway. I have stated on many occassions that this is a
war and I will act accordingly.
The Stacy Borland story was reported to me by many people who called
me by phone. I confirmed the story through a Las Vegas Psychologist.
I repeat I received many phone calls all telling the same story
regarding Stacy Borland. Whether she was murdered on a Saturday or on
a Wednesday the next day or three weeks later has nothing to do with
the subject of the story. The subject of the story was that a rumor
floats around Las Vegas that someone from the test site gives Borland
some documents, she is killed, Grace takes her place and members report
that he is writing their names on what appears to be government forms
labeled CONFIDENTIAL. Try as you might to cover up the important facts
but you won't succeed. It is my opinion that she was given documents
and that your group or the people you work for killed her. I know that
MAJESTY TWELVE (also known as MAJORITY TWELVE) has killed before and
most probably will kill again. Moore and Lear works for them.
George Knapp states in his letter to Corbin that John Grace was
appointed to take over the contactee group. The members of the group
who have called me expressed anger and concern that his assumption of
the leadership was totally against the wishes of the members. In fact
if the reports are correct some of the groups members have left the
group over this issue. Just exactly who appointed Grace over the
protest of the members? Is it a democratic group or a Nazi group? I
understand from the many calls that I have received that the members
are not happy with the situation and the group is splintered. Cory and
Jeff are only 2 of the sources for this information but both are
friends of Lear's. Are they telling me the truth or is Lear setting me
up? I believe they have told the truth as they knew it in every case.
George Knapp really screwed up when he implied that I accused John
Grace of murder. That is an outright lie. George Knapp is a liar. I
said no such thing anywhere in the story (he calls himself a
journalist?). I reported what was told to me by many sources and all
that is required of a journalist is 2 sources. I am not a journalist
and I did a better job than both Mike Corbin and George Knapp have done
so far.
Here are the facts. William Moore is a self confessed agent. No one
can deny that. Only fools listen to Moore now. HE CONFESSED. Do you
hear that George? Are you a fool or do you work for them? George
Knapp you knew that Moore was a self confessed agent and you still used
him in your series and in your 2 hour special. Why? During the 2 hour
special you presented Moore as a credible prominent researcher. You
made no mention that Moore had doctored documents and had admitted it.
No mention was made that Moore had engaged in lying and passing out
disinformation to other researchers. No mention was made that Moore
had confessed to being an agent for an intelligence agency. You did
not mention that Moore spied on researchers and submitted reports to
his controller. WHY? Thats about the worst kind of journalism. It's
irresponsible and it sucks. It says a lot about George Knapp.
Why did George Knapp, experienced and hardened journalist, promote the
Lazar story when every rule of journalism says not to do it. Why did
Knapp swallow it hook line and sinker when the only thing backing Lazar
up was his name in a phone book? Why did Knapp do everything short of
jumping off a cliff to get the public to believe Lazar, even say on the
air that he, Knapp, believed Lazar? That is something that no good
journalist would ever do and is guaranteed to fetch a failing grade in
any journalism class. I'll tell you why. George wasn't out to do good
journalism. George Knapp, in my opinion, was either taken in by Lear
or he works with Lear, Moore, Lazar, Friedman, Doty, Shandera, etc.
Which is it George?
There is more to George Knapp than meets the eye. He has a vested
interest in attacking me. If I am right it could cost him his job and
I guarantee you that I am right about both Lazar and Lear. Lazar is a
fake and Lear is Condor. If Lear is Condor then that makes fools of
everyone. No one likes to be a fool but most UFOlogists are exactly
that. I keep saying to DO RESEARCH, TO INVESTIGATE, but no one does
it. They just sit around and call each other names.
You had better remember that I was the Executive Director of a College
that taught security and law enforcement courses. Many of my faculty
members were sargeants and leutenants on the police force. My
personal bodyguard was the head of that department. I was also a
member of Naval Security and Intelligence. Both Lear and Doty were
easy to identify.
A scrambled voice can be unscrambled. Didn't know that did you. I not
only knew it but did it. I also had a voice print analysis done. The
voice is John Lear's.
You all think a man photographed in shadow is invisible don't you.
Well, he is not. Try body measurement proportion comparison. In other
words take a picture of John Lear and in the same pose as Condor and
with the same body angle. Its easy as it is the normal posture of john
Lear. The picture does not have to be to the same scale. I have
several of him sitting and talking in the exact same position and the
same angle.
Take as many body measurements as you can and then compare them to each
other. The more measurements and the more comparisons you can make the
more positive the identification will be. I was able to make 19
different measurements and many times as many comparisons. Then do the
same on the man in the shadow.
THE VOICE IS JOHN LEAR AND THE BODY MEASUREMENT PROPORTION COMPARISONS
MATCHED PERFECTLY IN EVERY INSTANCE.
It's really very easy. Anyone can master the technique. You will only
have to fork out money for the voice print analysis. Most of you are
to cheap to do it and George Knapp has a vested interest in AVOIDING IT
AT ALL COSTS. I challenge George Knapp to stop taking Lear's word that
he is not Condor and do some real investigative reporting. Lear
insists that Condor is Bob Collins. Bob Collins physic is no where
near Condor's but Lear fits perfectly. Get wise Knapp your whole life
is on the line here. Do you work for Lear or what? Are you part of
the awareness group too? Are you a traitor?
I have known that Lear is an agent ever since February of 1972 and I
have confided that in not 1 or 2 people but in probably 12 or 13 people
and maybe more than that over the last several years. I am sure
that most of them will confirm it if the need arises. Bob Swan also
knows it. In the "Secret Government" I stated that I saw Moore,
Friedman, and Maccabee on a list of agents to be recruited ALONG WITH
SEVERAL OTHERS THAT I DID NOT NAME AND IT IS STATED IN THAT PAPER.
I told Lear that I saw his name on the list several days before MUFON.
My wife was present and heard the entire conversation. Lear wasn't
able to look me in the eye. The people helping him get MUFON organized
wondered why I was not at Lear's home helping them and that is why.
Lear stayed far away from me the whole time and even kept aloof from
everyone else also. He was terrified that I would reveal him along
with Moore, Friedman, and Maccabee. Lear gave himself away when he and
Grace wrote the Krill papers. He is just like Moore. He throws truth
mixed with lies out and then laughs at the public.
Lear knows all about O.H. Krlll, the real one, and he got caught by me.
O.H. Krlll exposed Lear not me. Anyone and everyone who has worked
with this information knows he blew it. He honestly thought that no
one else knew the truth. I played him just like I played Moore and I
caught him just like I caught Moore. Lear KNOWS EVERYTHING. It's an
old trick and Strieber is using it now with his book MAJESTIC. Now if
anyone comes out with anything from GRUDGE about Forestall or the
Roswell crash you will all say he stole it from Strieber. Sorry boys
but it won't work anymore. People are sick of lies, deception and
traitors and we are all sick of you.
Lear showed me a copy of a 2 inch thick book written by employees of
the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory which is a very thorough parody of
the "YELLOW BOOK". I pretended that I did not know what it was and
Lear had a great time. I did recognize an old friend who works at
Livermore Lab and it has turned out good for me. The friend is one who
put together a ......... trip to the ........ of the .............
............ of the ...... and I helped him prepare. Filling in the
blanks would reveal his identity. I told Lear at the time that I
knew one of the authors of the parody. The man owed me. Since his
name was in the parody I knew that he had seen the real "YELLOW BOOK".
That knowledge has been very useful.

I still have a whole lot of aces up my sleeve. A whole lot left!!!!
The attacks against me will continue because Moore, Lear, Lazar, Knapp,
and others are finished unless they can finish me first. Who knows
maybe Knapp will get smart, I doubt it. Truth will always win in the
end. As I said before, history will be my judge not any of you. Buy a

Bob Lazar Exposed
It was recently disclosed in the Las Vegas newspapers and also during
an interview on KLAS tv channel 8 by George Knapp that Bob Lazar is
part of one of Las Vegas' prostitution rings. Our sources also
accused him of running a drug lab that manufactures methamphetamine.
Lazar stated to Knapp that "someone is trying to discredit me." My own
investigation into Mr. Lazar's claims has led me to the conclusion that
he is in with Lear, Moore, etc. The truth about Bob Lazar is that he
has had and still has a contract with the Sandia lab and the Los Alamos
lab to process the film from the dosimeter badges worn by personnel
working in areas that might expose them to radiation. That is why
his name was in the phone book. He has not lost the contracts nor has
he lost his security clearance. HE STILL WORKS FOR SANDIA AND LOS
ALAMOS ON A SELF EMPLOYED CONTRACT BASIS. He could never have kept the
contracts or ANY security clearance if he had disclosed classified
information as he claims. He is without a doubt a government
operative. What was his purpose? I haven't the faintest idea except
it was John Lear, another government agent, who introduced him to the
world. As Lear would say "Wake up America you've been had," and Lear
knows what he is talking about. Lear is one of the ones that have
"had" you.
