FLASH! FLASH! Vickie Cooper tells friends UFO magazine, the L.A.
based loony fringe gossip rag, is controlled by CIA.
CAJI has come into possession of a letter detailing the CIA link
to Vickie Cooper (no relation, thank God), editor and publisher
of the Los Angeles based UFO gossip magazine. The letter is
signed by Martin Cannon who, at one time, was on the staff of
UFO magazine and is a noted and respected member of the Los
Angeles research community
In April or May of 1989 I began researching UFO magazine myself
and discovered the same connections mentioned by Mr. Cannon in
his letter. I attempted to get UFO magazines side of the story
by asking Vickie Cooper about what we had discovered in a forum
called "Ask Vickie Cooper" on the computer network called
Paranet. No sooner had I asked the questions of Ms. Cooper when
I was visciously attacked by a drooling nazi named Mike Corbin
and promptly barred from Paranet for the second time. Paranet
like UFO trashzine is heavily censored.
According to my investigation, the investigation of Jason
Bishop III, and Mr. Martin Cannon's letter, Vickie Cooper in
1988 and early 1989 personally informed many (not one or two or
three, but many) of her friends and aquaintances that UFO
magazine is controlled by the CIA.
Mr. Cannon, in his letter reveals other interesting information
that, if true could mean serious consequences for UFO magazine.
He states that Vickie Cooper's uncle is Grant Cooper who was the
defense attorney for Sirhan Sirhan, convicted murderer of Robert
Kennedy. The family of Sirhan Sirhan has long maintained that
his defense was sabotaged and publicly attacked Mr. Cooper for
"throwing Sirhan to the wolves." If the claims of other
researchers are true and Sirhan Sirhan was a only a stooge just
as Oswald, then the whole defense could have been intelligence
community controlled in order to insure the "lone gunman"
conviction.
Mr. Cannon states that Ms. Cooper's uncle is also the
attorney for the Johnny Roselli mob, linked by many
investigations to the CIA in its partnership with the mafia.
These links have extremely serious implications and need to be
seriously explored.
Mr. Cannon makes clear that at least two members of the UFO
magazine staff have been or still are members of an intelligence
agency. One of these two, according to Mr. Cannon, has a clear
history of participation in CIA manipulated programs, that have
serious mind control objectives, with the likes of Dr. Lilly
and several others. He specifically names Don Ecker and Barry
Taff.
I have personally confirmed that Vickie Cooper did indeed inform
many of her friends and aquaintances that "UFO magazine is
controlled by the CIA." This has been confirmed by many sources
and Vickie admitted it, I hear from computer friends, in her
forum "Ask Vickie Cooper", after I was barred from Paranet. She
apparently tried to make it sound innocent and from my sources I
hear that she attempted to say that what she really said was
"the CIA could be influencing UFO magazine." That should be
confirmation enough for anyone.
I have confirmed through Don Ecker during the early months of
1989 that he was indeed a member of army intelligence by his
own admission. According to Martin Cannon Don Ecker spends
every night drunk raving about his intelligence connections and
proclaiming that the Russians have already crossed the arctic
and are lined up on the Canadian border ready to invade the
United States.
I myself have heard this from Ecker and he calls it Spetznatz or
something that sounds like that. I have also witnessed his
drinking episodes first hand and the subject of his conversation
was indeed the intelligence community and his role in it. At
the 89 MUFON conference he repeatedly tried to hit on my fiance,
now my wife, and had serious problems maintaining his position
on the bar stool.
Don Ecker tends to confirm these allegations himself by
continuously uploading files to computer forums which (according
to Ecker) come from high ranking anonymous sources and confirm
the worst fears of alien invasion. I personally believe, due to
the large numbers of those files, that they are the invention of
a demented mind that craves attention or he is for sure an agent
of disinformation.
Further confirmation of Ecker's possible shady intentions is his
conduct toward witnesses of the Lear/Lazar fiasco. He has been
accussed by Mr. Cory Testa of attempting to intimidate Mr Testa
in order to protect Lear and Lazar from exposure. I have found
Mr. Testa's accusations to be accurate in that indeed Don Ecker
on pretense of writing a story for UFO magazine did intimidate
Mr. Testa. Ecker spent hours on the phone threatening Mr.
Testa. Is that journalism?
I have checked the background of Barry Taff and have learned
that not only was he connected to many people involved with CIA
mind control experimentation but he helped Vickie Cooper find an
apartment and guess what? Vickie Cooper took the apartment
directly, according to our sources, either above or below his
depending upon who the source is. All of the sources agree,
however that the only thing that has been seperating Vickie
Cooper and Barry Taff is a section of sheetrock. Ahh......so
very, very convenient.
Mr. Cannon states also that Ms. Cooper's son was accepted into
and now attends the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. You
say coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.
Another of Mr. Cannon's points I found to be extremely
interesting. He states that Vickie Cooper does not believe in
Ufos or aliens. He also makes the point that Vickie Cooper has
stated on several occassions that "everyone in ufology is a
government agent." I agree with Vickie that at least the top
people in ufology (what a stupid word and always self appointed)
are without any doubt govenment agents.
I will make the point that most of the top people in the so-
called ufo community have had or still have obvious connections
with the defense industrial complex or the intelligence
community including me. I'm the only one, however, who realizes
the importance of informing you of that fact. I am the only
one, in fact, who will admit that it is true.
I believe that a couple of questions need to be asked at this
point. If Vickie Cooper believes that ufos and aliens do not
exist and that everyone in ufology are agents, why did she start
UFO magazine? It's a fringe rag doomed to perpetual low
circulation except when people like me create an increased
demand for it. I have probably done more to increase the
circulation of UFO magazine than anyone else has ever done.
Even so its circulation will always remain low due to the fringe
loony image in the public consciousness concerning ufos.
Why then did she do it when she could have picked any other
subject and would have been guaranteed to make more money with
much less trouble? Where did she get the money to start it? If
it was her money and she did not believe in ufos and aliens and
thought that all ufologists were agents why would she risk it?
It just does not make sense.
I have sat next to Vickie Cooper and listened to her. She
doesn't believe anything connected to ufos by her own admission.
I heard her say it. I have also heard her accuse almost
everyone connected with the subject with being government agents
and she made it a point not to leave me out. I agree with
Vickie on that point but I want to be sure and not leave her
out. There is at least as much if not more connecting her and
her trashzine to the CIA than there is connecting anyone else.
I must make the point here that Martin Cannon is not only a
prominent and respected researcher in the Los Angeles research
community but he was a very close personal friend of Vickie
Cooper for quite a long time and was himself on the staff of UFO
gossip rag. Therefore he, more than any other, has the inside
track and knows what he is talking about.
I must inform you that Martin Cannon does not endorse anything I
have ever said or wrote. The letter that I have in my
possession was not written to me nor was it sent to me by Mr.
Martin Cannon. I received the letter from the person to whom
the letter was addressed. Someone who recognizes the importance
of this information.
I was asked by the source not to use the letter but this is the
first time that I cannot and will not respect the source's
request due to the nature and obvious importance of the
information. The public has a right to know who is manipulating
them. The public has a right to know how and why it is being
done.
Absolute confirmation of all of the above is the content of UFO
trashzine over the last two years. I have been at the forfront
of the UFO news happening scene in this country and indeed the
world for that length of time. Not one word of the information
that I put out, my research, or my accomplishments have ever
been printed in UFO magazine. If it were up to UFO gossip rag
the world would never have known of my existence.
The purpose of a newspaper or magazine is to print the news and
other items of interest to its READERS, not to censor
information and decide what is or is not good for the reader to
read. The determination of whether or not information is valid
is up to the READER. MOST of the information that is important
to the citizens of the United States is withheld from them by
people exactly like those who run and staff UFO trashzine.
Do you really believe that in over two years of my speaking to
people across the nation, in person and on radio and tv that not
one person wrote a letter to the editor of UFO concerning me or
my allegations? I get hundreds of letters from all over the
world every week. There have been many snide, derogatory, and
even slanderous references to me and others, not by name, and it
has always been done by Don Ecker and Vickie Cooper, no others.
It has always given me great satisfaction that due to their
censorship of me and my accomplishments most of their readers
had absolutely no idea who or what they were talking about.
There are others who have been censored by this rag.
More evidence of control of the media is the UFO Universe
article which I wrote and Ufo Universe published. I received
thousands of letters concerning that article but not one letter
to the editor was ever published regarding that story. A
gentleman, who will remain unnamed for fear he might lose his
job, who works for UFO Universe in its printing facility in the
S.E. U.S. called me and informed me that they were visited and
were told not to print any more articles by me nor to make any
reference to that article. I do not know if this is true
because he is the only source and I have not been able to
confirm what he said or that he even actually works for UFO
Universe. I do know, however, that if I received thousands of
letters because of that article then UFO Universe should have
received at least enough to have printed at least one of them.
In all fairness to UFO Universe and Tim Beckley he DID print the
article and in fact the whole episode was his idea. He also
invited me to speak at the UFO convention in Phoenix last year
but Jim Spisser had a fit of apoplexy and threatened to resign
if I spoke.
For those of you who do not know who Jim Spisser is, he is the
founder and ex-chief Nazi of Paranet which is the computer
control system put into place to control all paranormal
information that appears in the computer arena. The first time
I was barred from Paranet Spisser spent three days in L.A.
conferring with William Moore, a confessed agent, then barred me
from Paranet on orders from Moore immediately upon returning to
Phoenix.
Because of the contents of this newsletter you can bet your life
that an article will soon appear in UFO gossip rag attempting to
assassinate my charactor and debunk the information that I have
discovered. I would bet that the article will be written either
by Don Ecker or Vickie Cooper. Please remember when you read
whatever they print that it is an attempt to recover from the
damage done by THIS article.
You can bet that UFO trashzine will not print the facts
contained within this article. The public would never know
these facts if Vickie Cooper had her way. I will insure that
everyone has an opportunity to discover this information. I may
even print the entire contents of Mr. Cannon's letter. We are
also mounting a full scale investigation into the background of
everyone involved with UFO magazine. I would advise any REAL
researchers that might read this to do the same.

Lazar wasn't framed he's guilty and that is why he is pleading
guilty (Lazar admitted he would plead guilty on KVEG 6/9/90).
If he was really innocent he would state his innocence
until he died. Providing a computer program for a business is
not a crime no matter what the business is. All Lazar had to do
is state that he did not know that they were engaged in
prostitution. Don't you think it's significant that by Lazar's
own admission on KVEG all the other members of the prostitution
ring fingered Bob Lazar as the owner/operator? Lazar is guilty
and that is why he is pleading guilty. How do I know? I was
there when Lazar provided John Lear with a hooker and I am ready
and willing to swear to that under oath in a court of law. You
better wise up because they've got you tied up and in the bag.
UFO EXPERT FACING CHARGE OF PANDERING

The district attorney's office plans to file a charge of
pandering against a Las Vegas man who was a primary source for a
recent TV documentary on Ufos.
Deputy District Attorney John Lukens, chief of the office's
sexual assault unit, said a charge of pandering would be filed
against Bob Lazar, who is widely known in the community of UFO
research.
Lazar was the focal point of much of KLAS-TV, Channel 8 reporter
George Knapp's award-winning documentary series, "Ufos: The Best
Evidence."
Lazar, a former scientist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory
in New Mexico, (denied by Los Alamos National Laboratory) spent
much of the series explaining how the U.S. government was
testing alien spacecraft at an area on the Nevada Test Site
known as S-4, located about 15 miles southeast of Area 51.
Metropolitan Police Department vice officers served a search
warrant on Lazar's home on James Lovell Street on April 14,
Lukens said.
Sources said that charges of living off the earnings of a
prostitute, operating a house of prostitution and aiding and
abetting a prostitute were initially sought by police.
Lukens said the case had "essentially been negotiated" down to
the single felony charge.
The pandering charge carries a sentence of one to six years,
with the possibility of a fine not to exceed $5,000. Probation
also is an option.
Lt. Bill Young of the Police Department's vice section said
evidence exists that Lazar has previous involvement with
prostitution. The police investigation discovered his
affiliation with the Honeysuckle Ranch lotion and massage parlor
in Los Alamos, which authorities said was a front for
prostitution.
Police said Lazar allegedly set up a brothel and outcall
prostitution service in two apartments located in the Newport
Cove complex on Tamarus Street in Las Vegas. The apartments
were connected by a passageway cut through a wall of the
building.
Lazar's also allegedly used a surveillance camera and hidden
microphone, police said. Lazar allegedly videotaped customers
and also maintained records of their license plate numbers,
according to police.
Toni Bulloch, a known prostitute and allegedly Lazar's partner
in the brothel, was arrested on several charges, including
keeping a house of ill-fame.
Lazar's attorney, Bill Smith, said Friday that it would be
inappropriate to comment on the negotiations.
Lazar, Smith said, owns a photo processing lab in Las Vegas and
does contract work through a research and development company in
New Mexico.
His initial appearance in Justice Court is scheduled for Monday.

NOTE! Toni Bulloch is the prostitute that Lazar sent to John Lear's
home when I was there. She was introduced to us by John Lear
by name as Bob Lazar's partner. For you skeptics (idiots) the
others who were there and witnessed this were Mr. Gordon Novell,
Dr Amir (scientist & electronic engineer), Paul Sheppard (UFO
Contact Newsline in L.A.), one other male whose name I cannot
remember, Toni Bullock, and John Lear. One or two of these
people may lie about it now but if Lear sues I guarantee you

those people has already revealed the entire episode to Tal
Levesque completely independent of me and without my knowledge
until Tal asked me about it. I have in my possession a signed
and notarized statement verifying all of the above by another
one of the above witnesses. I can guarantee you that now that I
have revealed their names Lear, Ecker, Lazar, Knapp, and who
knows who else will be on the phone trying their best to
intimidate those people just like they did to Cory Testa. If
this is all a lie why doesn't Condor or Lazar sue? They can't
sue me because it's all true and much more than this would come
out in court. Enough would come out to jail both of them for a
long, long time. It would also interfere with their mission
whatever their mission is.
